Volkswagen and Fleet Investments B.V. dispose of holding in LeasePlan – Total value of the transaction about EUR 3.7 billion

Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft and the Dutch company Fleet Investments B.V. are disposing of the world’s leading leasing and fleet management company LeasePlan Corporation N.V. to a consortium of investors.
