Dr Wolfgang Ollig, chief finance and controlling officer of HELLA KGaA Hueck & Co., has updated the company that he will not extend his contract of employment expiring on June 30, 2016.
Dr. Ollig has held several functions at HELLA since 2004 and was appointed to the Management Board as CFO in 2006. Dr Ollig has contributed substantially to the development of HELLA into a listed company.
