The total sales for Tata Motors in the month of October 2013 stood at 51,638 units compared to 71,771 units in October 2012 registering a declined at 28%. Total domestic sales stood at 46,926 units in October 2013, registering 31% dip as against 68,145 units in October 2012. Exports increased by 30% in October 2013 at 4712 units against 3626 units in October 2012.
The year to date cumulative sales including exports for Tata Motors for FY 2013-14 stood at 386,127 units against 513,040 units during the same period of previous financial year ,registering 25% decline. The year to date domestic sales were down by 26% at 356,380 units against 481,665 units sold during the same period of previous financial year. The year-to-date Exports stay down by 5% at 29,747 units for FY 2013-14 against 31,375 units in FY 2012-13.
