GM India blazes it’s trails with the new Chevrolet Trailblazer

Chevrolet is considered one of the world's largest car brands, proved by its business in more than 140 countries and sale of more than 4.8 million cars and trucks a year. Fuel efficiency, feature engaging performance, attractive designs to make the heart beat , passive & active safety features, easy to use technology & value for money couple together to make this one of the most sought after options. It's not surprising that the advent of a new model with improved features made hearts skip a beat, when GM India announced the introduction of the Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV in 2015 and Spin multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) in 2016. Information regarding this was originally shared with GM India dealers during their annual meeting in Bangkok on February 2013.
GM India's plan is to launch more models in India, with improved features, upgraded designs, attractive designs inorder to capture the customer's atttention and impress them in that moment of attention.
The focus lies on expanding it's presence in Indian markets. This goal is aimed at achieving by enriching it's products, quality and value for money. Arvind Saxena, president and managing director of GM India also added the importance of dealers in ensuring Chevrolet builds customers for life.
The dealer meeting that took place decided on increasing GM India's export activity, by positioning the spot light on launching new, improved models. The plan in the near future is to export around 19,000 cars to nearly 40 countries, majorly focussing on Mexico and Chile. The company which began exporting last year, exported nearly 984 vehicles last year.
The focus is expected to lie more on offering high quality, exciting and competitive products. It aims to not just make available new exciting options for customers, but also ensure their satisfaction through this process by delivering high quality, and improved designs in Indian markets, to get an increased customer base.
The meeting also impressed on the importance and growth potential of India and the company's aim to achieve long-term sustainability. Their main objective is provide the customers with a unique ownership experience. Some companies attract with discounts, some with bonuses, some with offers, and some others with attractive advertisements. GM India focusses on the experience of each customer and aims to achieve something that be uniquely felt by each and every one of them.
To this purpose, GM India has recently introduced the Chevrolet complete care programme with low cost of maintenance. GM has certainly made things easier by setting up 247 sales outlets and 270 serviceoutlets all over the country.
