Volvo all set to shine with new models this year

The premium car market prepares itself for some exciting, efficient and more convenient vehicles from The Volvo group. 2013 marked the advent of mid-powered powertrains based on it's four-cylinder model. It is also expected to release high and low power four cylinder models this year.

Volvo has marked the beginning of a very prosperous year with the launching of its new XC90 with twin engine technology and a 4-cylinder Swedish heart. It also comprises of a petrol and diesel engine. The diesel engine delivers 139g/km and 5.3l/100km while on the other hand, the petrol engine is capable of 174g/km and 7.5l/100km. 
Apart from the spotlights shining on the XC90, another model also catches attention with its rugged looks and capability. The S60 Cross Country boasts a performance of 96g/km. 
Volvo has taken significant steps ahead to achieve zero emissions and an improved fuel consumption. TheV40 D2 starts at 82g/km with the XC60 D4 AWD recording a 12% reduction in fuel emissions. 
In accordance with their Sensus offer, Volvo Cars provide their very attractive feature of Volvo on Call allowing drivers to directly communicate with their car using their smartphones. Functionalities like applications to lock and unlock, Pre heating and cooling and checking mileage can be easily done because of the Sensus offer. 
Volvo has been checking off boxes one by one starting with efficiency and coming down to luxury features. It also does it's part as a concerned caretaker of earth by providing cutting-edge solutions to reduce the amount of pollutants entering the cabin, made possible with their reputed air-filtering technology.
