Toyota Merges with Its Subsidiaries

Toyota has agreed to merge with its wholly owned subsidiary Toyota Motor Sales and Marketing Corporation (TMSM), and its subsidiary Toyota Marketing Japan Corp (TMJ). Subsequently, TMJ’s motorsports role will become part of TMC’s responsibility. In addition, TMC will act as the headquarters for the motorsports activities that are currently allocated between the three companies. This seems to be promising better prospects for the TMC in the near future.
TMSM was established in Dec 2009 and its subsidiary TMJ was established in Oct 2009, and since then they have changed the global business scenario with its expertise marketing strategies and business vision. This consolidation will enable TMC to seep better into the market and carry out marketing at the local dealer and distributor level.
Toyota
Over sixty years ago, Kiichiro Toyoda, the founder of TMC, recognized the role of motorcars as an indispensable part of the developing Japanese passenger car business. And with this merge, it’s expected that Toyota will imbibe motorcar car building in its central activities and accelerate the development of better cars, ever.
