GM India notes a significant decrease in sales

A sale of 4,667 vehicles has been recorded in the month of January this year at General Motors India, defeated by a figure of 5,557 units sold in the same month the preceding year. The Vice President of General Motors India, Mr.Balendran stressed on the impact of denial of excise duty benefits, on demand. He also added that high interest rate and weak economic fundamentals have pressured car purchases.
